Eligibility

• The “Beat the Heat” campaign is open to all active Zypp Electric Pilots.
• Participants must be residents of India to be eligible for rewards.
• Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of Zypp Electric are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

Campaign Duration

• The campaign will be active from 1st July 2025 to 1st August 2025.
• Earnings generated during this period, including delivery earnings and referral income, will be considered for the leaderboard.

Prize Distribution

At the end of the campaign, the top 10 highest-earning riders will be rewarded based on their total earning (including referral earnings).

The winners will include:

• Top 5 riders from the Electric 2-Wheeler (2W) category
• Top 5 riders from the Electric 3-Wheeler (3W) category

Rewards will be distributed based on the final leaderboard rankings within each category:

• 1st place will receive a 32” TV
• 2nd place will receive a Fridge
• 3rd place will receive a Cooler
• 4th to 7th place will each receive an Amazon Gift Card worth ₹2,500
• 8th to 10th place will each receive an Amazon Gift Card worth ₹1,000

Prize allocation between 2W and 3W categories will be:

• Top 3 prizes: 2 winners from 2W, 1 winner from 3W
• Mid 4 prizes (ranks 4–7): 2 winners from 2W, 2 winners from 3W
• Bottom 3 prizes (ranks 8–10): 1 winner from 2W, 2 winners from 3W

Tie-Breaker Clause

In the event of a tie in total earnings (i.e., gross earnings + referral earnings), the following criteria will be applied in sequence to determine the winner:

• Gross earnings will be considered.
• If gross earnings are also the same, the rider with higher referral earnings will be ranked higher.
• If referral earnings are tied, the total number of successful referrals will be considered.

Winner Announcement

• Winners will be notified via their registered phone number or email within 10 days after the campaign ends.
• Winners must provide their full name, valid government-issued ID, and contact information for prize verification.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and passed on to the next eligible participant.

General Terms

• Zypp Electric reserves the right to verify all participant data, earnings, and eligibility at any time.
• Zypp Electric may change, suspend, or cancel the campaign or modify its terms at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
• All disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
