For example, to show you Zypp Academy near your location, it is necessary to collect and record the physical location of your device. Data such as the location of the user, the routes taken by user, and its status is also necessary to provide the Services. Zypp also collects location data directly from user when a user is opting or logging in,

Information may be sent to you via verification code to complete the service; Push notifications when using the products and services; Current information about ride costs and discounts; News, special promotions, and promotional activities on Zypp products and services.
Your information collected through the App may be stored and processed in India or any other country in which Zypp, its Clients, Affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities. Zypp, its clients, affiliates, or service providers may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in India or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from Indian law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. Wherever your personal information is transferred, stored, or processed by Zypp, take reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of your personal information. By registering for and using the App you consent to the transfer of information to the US or to any other country in which Zypp, its Clients, Affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

Zypp, including its related parties, and its associated company adopts a strict system to ensure the safety of the information we collect will not be lost, be misused, or altered;

Following termination or deactivation of your account, Zypp, its Clients, Affiliates, or its service providers may retain information (including your profile information) and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. Our policy discloses the privacy practices for our App only. Our site provides links to other Apps also that are beyond our control. We shall in no way be responsible in a way for your use of such sites.
